Remake of dir, PR 5 free and now even better

Just done a complete remake of http://www.addurl-free.com

PageRank 5, subcats PR 3 and with 4,809 backlinks.

Approval within 15 days (reciprocals within 24 hours).

New listings are added to the top of the category (PageRank 3). (That's right, you didn't read wrong, the links are sorted by submission date but DESC not ASC like others ...)

Listings with PR 3+ reciprocals (Featured Links) are listed at the top of each category page and stays there.

For 15 bucks a month you get a three word anchor link either on the home page or all the inner pages of the dir.

Very nice..do you have a pet categorie page? I went through all the categories and found nothing on pets...never know i may had missed it...this is just like hide and seek at time. lol

This as 98% of the visitors are webmasters submitting or checking their links.

Ok, what I did was to change the sorting by hits to sorting by date added instead. I mean in these kind of dirs, I wonder how useful it is to sort by hits and the javascript that records the hits causes an endless loop for the SE robots and doesn't track hits from the FF browser.

Then in the admin panel select sorting by hits as default.

That's intentional

It's a trick to provide content to my dir. Content needed for the SEs and adsense. By this content and only 10 listings per page I think the SEs have a hard time to see if it is a dir even. In many cases it is also unique as many have a shorter desc and thus are forced to write something more unique - which makes the listing different from the other 300 listings on other dirs.

Also when doing this some people do typos, writing strange words or combination of words which in some cases gets traffic from SEs.
