If there wasn't for the financial crisis , global warming & the energy crisis Russia EU and US could simply go in and take ay nukes from Iran , NK , Pakistan and India . Also the non-proliferation treaty could be forced downs everyone's throat . It would be a much safer world .

The treaty was signed by the United States and the USSR, that barred its signatories from deploying more than 6,000 nuclear warheads atop a total of 1,600 ICBMs, submarine-launched ballistic missiles, and bombers.

I promise even we would never have more than that

Pakistan has their own nukes, which are protected by the same guys who are funneling aid to the Taliban... that should make everyone in the region nervous.

What Bolton fails to point out was his support without a demonstrative reason the Bush Administration policy against Iraqi and its failure as a deterrent is why the United States now is facing the specter of a nuclear Iran.

Iran knows to well American forces can not afford the consequences of a war with Iran and because of the failed policy in Iraqi continues to build its nuclear armaments program unimpeded by threats of military intervention that Bolton is himself partially responsible for.

In many ways, Iraq was simply a prelude to Iran. One of the reasons we moved into Iraq was to create a staging area for an eventual conflict with Iran.
