Lots of problems in the marketplace...

Both my listings that sold, but no one wanted to pay

For website rippedworkouts.net, I contacted the winning bidders, IQdesigns responded but never paid. Contacted unixroot and he wouldn't respond or pay.

And relisting is basically useless! Doesn't show up on the main marketplace https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/sites

Old bids show up, but they are faded out. The auction just looks dead and no one wants to bid.

I would leave feedback for the bidders who didn't pay, but the forums won't let me.

Would be nice if I could relist, in just a new separate auction. But I can get written up for that right?

Scroll down the page and read the thread entitled "Better Handling Of Non-Paying Bidders". There you might get a few helpful hints on how to proceed, good luck to you.

A relisted auction shows on the site marketplace area. For example if you filter the result down to make them easier to find, they are both there: https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/sites?analytics_data=1

A relist/bump also pushes the sale thread to the top of the listings here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/sites.52/ (which is why you have a sale thread from October on the first page of results there).

As far as non-paying bidders, as long as they are auctions set up for Instant Pay and the winning bidder hasn't paid in 7 days from the time the auction ended, you can have a negative affect on their account if you cancel their bid. There isn't a practical way to do it other than the normal way. There is a lot of info that would be needed to do it after the fact that the system doesn't record/track.

For example if the auction was Instant Pay at the time of the bid cancelation, what exact time was the bid canceled, etc.

The beats thing to do is just do it normally within the guidelines of the system since that's exactly what it's designed for.
