The videos can be viewed as soon as they are uploaded - You don't have to wait for them to be converted like on other video sharing websites

Users do not have to sign up to upload videos like on imageshack.us

Users are able to download videos from the site without needing to use third-party software which would have to be used on sites such as youtube or dailymotion

All videos are stored in a mysql database on upload

The home page can easily be added to with simple knowledge of HTML or PHP
