Yardit is ever increasing in popularity, with over 12,000 active listings in addition to over 300 active events listed among 193 cities.

With over 70,000 pageviews a month, less than 30% bounce rate and an average of over 8 minutes per visitor, this site is increasingly becoming a popular classified destination.

Revenue is earned in various ways:

1 - Adsense, July alone was over $300 - August has only been roughly $60 thus far...

( reason for drop in adsense revenue was a fault of mine - I had meta tags showing incorrect content when I did a site update therefore only really crappy real estate / mortgage ads were showing )

This was corrected and adsense even for today is $2.59 with only 2 clicks - Todays screenshot

2 - Affiliate Ads just implemented toward the end of July have already earned $23.00

3 - Extended Listings average 10 per month @ $10.95 each. ( $110.95/m )

4 - Banner Ads - Currently 6 advertisers with a total of 8 banner ads = 728x90 Advertisers on paypal subscription for $14.95 per month. ( paypal subscriptions = $119.60/m )

The site currently has a decent Alexa and climbing... = View Alexa Data

Site runs on a licensed copy of the "craigslist clone" and is modified.

Has a separate Banner Administration area with live stats, feeds for your Advertisers, etc...

ok again - a couple of questions that are being asked via PM - here are the answers for all...

1 - Site overhead is only the cost of hosting + domain name. NO paid advertising or promotion is being used whatsoever.

2 - If you look at the screen shots and files above = all earnings, analytics exports, paypal + adsense screenshots with datestamps etc, are shown...

3 - As stated above - We will support the site and you ( the new owner ) with whatever you need help with for 3 months. By phone, email or however you feel communication is needed. ==== We will not make cosmetic changes, functionality changes, etc... - Those can be done for a fee.

4 - YES! there is an ad manager for all advertisements on the site - There is NO NEED to go into any code on the site for any reason with the exception for setting up a new advertisers stats page.

5 - As stated above, feel free to PM for a phone number. - When we first posted the auction ( via link above ) - many different DP users were spoken to via telephone. This is a larger purchase - do your due diligence. As much information has been posted as possible to assist you in the verification, if any assistance is needed, please reach out.

6 - Explanation of "Fees to buyer" - - If you want to pay with a method OTHER than Paypal, any fees required by that particular payment method will be assumed by the buyer... NOT PAYPAL FEES... only if ANOTHER method is requested and if there are fees associated with it....
