Selling Relist with new landing page

I am relisting this site again. This time it has new landing page. If you don't like the vbulletin CMS landing page like me, you can keep the new page. Or keep the vbulletin one.
In this sale:
Vbulletin publishing Suite 4 license,
Hosting for the next six months on dedicated server,
The domain is registered until 2015,
The articles are unique,
The forum is new: some post were taken from Yahoo! Answers.

What is not being claimed in this sale:
Revenue is not being claimed,
The traffic is minimal - tried to promote it on some forums but couldn't keep on doing that because of my busy schedule.
