I have been marketing this site in terms of SEO and require to pay my holiday to the states by the 14th of June so I am selling the site. Id love to keep the site but needs must.

The site has 100% content and has been updated when I was able to write good content ranging from news stories to paranormal reports.

The site has been getting higher and higher in the ranks from anything like "Unsolved Mysteries" to "unsolved ancient mysteries".

The site has been getting revenue from sponsored links and a little from adsense currently there are no paid out bound links so all links can be removed (including the banner on the top left.)

The site includes the unique logo designed especially for the site. The site is a wordpress blog so can be easily customised. You will also get the twitter and facebook accounts with the sale.

I will also share the method that I use for getting good reliable content with very little time needed.

No sorry I dont offer hosting at the moment.

No nothing special is needed, just a server with php, mysql etc... Just the usual set up as its a wordpress site.
