Religion is a niche too!

I do not know if this is the exact place for this, but I traversed and had not found any other part of the site to really put this.

In any case, I wanted to share a recent experience that you may want to latch onto.

Though religion starts wars, arguments between friends, and other negative and positive stuff. I have found recently that religious eBooks sell if you market them correctly.

I decided that I had been doing so many things, and even have success with eBay sales, and so I was at a loss as what to do next. CPA really does suck. For those who make a killing with it, props to you becuase I made a couple hundred with lots of work and over time, but I hate that crap. Same with PPC, and affiliate stuff.

I started creating my own products, and even sell them on eBay and ship the product to the door of the person who buys it (I just throw it on disk and print a small pamplet) and that makes a good amount of money.

I started doing tons of different things, such as sales pages and traffic blasting and other stuff.

So with all of this, I have to say, before I go on about the religious stuff as this is relevant, I found that creating your own (GOOD) products to market, and even using eBay, is the best way to go, and it makes the most money. Heck, I even make a good $600 a month playing with site flipping every few months. NOT EVERY MONTH by the way.

So back to the original topic, I was sitting there and thought about the fact that millions of people pay churches, even kaballa and the whole science is a religion thing, lots of money. And they buy their books constantly. ESPECIALLY if it is controversial or says some crap about "the bible says.. don't drink coffee.. and other junk..."

So I decided that I would go online and find what people are talking about with the bible and used the book of proverbs and created my own 31 day study guide. Now, I am no preacher or anything, and I have not been to church in too long, maybe a couple years.

But I did know how to read other peoples stuff, and how to understand it and put it into my own words, then create a 31 day study guide for proverbs.

I slammed that into a marketing routine I have with a few $2 an hour VA's and that thing actually sold. Not only that, it sold to people who got other people to buy it. Now I have a bunch of email talking about this book that I have no intention of answering, but it did actually give me an email list that I would have never thought I would get.

So the total revenue from the book was about $2,000 in two months (but not $1000 per month, most was from the second which was October). Which I think is great since I actually only marketed it once, and put out one press release on it. I think that the people buying it hyped it up for me. I am now known as a religious author and apparently an okay one.

But beyond that point, there are two billion religions with tons of people writing about the koran and other bibles or joseph smiths or whomever, and to be a religious author one simply needs to read.

I am thinking of starting a new site to put up a bunch of these kinds of free "books" so that I can resell them all kinds of crap. Unfortunatley it may be a sin to sell a "virtual book mark that has been prayed upon and blessed" for 14.95

So take this information and do good with it, those who do bad with it GO TO HELL. No I am just kidding.

Thanks for reading, it is good to share my experiences here.

That actually was an interesting read. Best part is, it shows people not to give up on IM. Everybody's different and not everything works for everyone. So you must try a lot and just find your own way. Becoming a religous author is a very special one though... LOL! Great stuff.

You really need to be religious for that purpose in content and action also.

You deserve your success, I applaud you for what you have done. And there is a disarming honesty to you that I find very appealing.

You will go a long way in life

I do not believe that you actually need to be religious in any way. Even those who are not religious can do this. For example, you can write a sheet on why something about the bible should be contrasted and go against something a preacher said. Then people will not only buy it for 3 bucks, but also hype it up for you. And you do not need to actually do it yourself, people online challenge preachers and the bible all the time. So all you need to do is look at what they are saying and simply rewrite it. Then market and sell the book.

But really, I think that this is pretty honest work, just create a good design, make a bible calendar with random scriptures and non copyrighted photos and then sell that. It is pretty simple. And if you do not have a calendar for the next year, look at the calendar in your operating system (e.g. windows).

There are many things that can be done here. It is really simple. I think that the main point is that religious material SELLS, and that is what should be most important.

Maybe if I was trying to start a religion then I would be smited ;)
