Would like to start offering VPS and dedicated servers with a White Label facility so we are the only name on there and the clients thinks we manage the datacenter... Any ideas?

Well http://www.serverbeach.com/ seens good but that comes with unmanaged. well other links seems too costly. I found few links that look pretty good. http://corenetworks.net/dedicated/ They are dam cheap man there dual core server start with $29 /month. well i know many VPS providers charging more than 30$. And there Intel Dual Core 2.0GHz only $49/month. I saw some good reviews about this hosting also. what do you mean a control panel for a reseller of servers? Most of them provide you with remote reboot and some provide you with remote OS reload, but thats about it. You cant get access to the servers you resell unless your clients give you the password or you ask your provider to reset the password to that server.
As the old saying goes -- "You get what you pay for." If you are expecting to get a cheap VPS with everything included you're most likely on a box that is overloaded with other users. If you're looking for a cheap VPS you need to look for an unmanaged VPS and invest in your a control panel. Yes that is possible. You will need to register the IP subnet under you company name and you can assign these IP to your VPS and Dedicated Servers. If anyone check the IP whois then your company information would be displayed. This is called us custom branded dedicated servers.
Well i don't think they are costly, remember that you get what you pay for, you should avoid very cheap hosting providers.
The key point here is that the OP is looking for a white label service. This means he does not want any WHOIS or DNS look-ups to show their upstream providers' name. This is quite difficult to find as it is impossible to fully prevent people from looking up your servers IPs or hostnames to trace it back to your upstream provider. However, there may be some providers that offers servers in which will trace back only to the datacenter or facility that hosts them but not their own company name itself. You should definitely try to contact each individual provider to see if they can specifically offer this for you.
I know of some White Label sites that I use myself. They are Free but the second link requires a wallet so to order services for your clients you need to put money in the wallet.
