Buying Reliable VPS, no control panel, not managed.

I am looking for a reliable VPS provider to supply me with a good offer, I will be a long term customer, I do not require any managing from your end unless its an extreme measure.

My requirements:

OS: Ubuntu
Uptime: 99.9999999%
Hard Disk: 20GB min
RAM: 512MB min
Port Speed: 100Mbps
Bandwidth: I won't be running any big sites on the server, it will be used for my personal projects and testing purposes, so w/e you see works here, I will go with it.
Control Panel: none
IP Addresses: 2+

Give me your offers, my budget is ~$20-30 per month, I will pay with PayPal and can pay you upfront for a few extra months (or maybe a year) after the first month if I find your service reliable.

Please no resellers who just got started, no kids who just started a "hosting company" and want customers, I want a reliable provider.

 

This can easily be done, do you have a preference on virtualization such as OpenVZ or Xen?

Yeah, Xen performs much better, Xen guarantees my requirements (RAM, for example), Xen is awesome :].
