I think you should not look for free. Better, pay few dollars and buy cheap web hosting. I think you can find several web hosts which sell for only $1/month or even less.

There is nothing called as FREE in the market. the companies make money on some other product when they are giving away a product for free or on a discounted rate. There is seldom a situation where reliable and free are able to adequately compliment one another. You mention that paid is cheap. Many reliable hosting providers have good paid plans that are really affordable is not exactly cheap. One person's cheap is different than others. My best advice is to find a company that is reliable and has good reviews. That alone will save you more in time and thus money than you will ever get from "Free".
