    There are some good lists of directories that review approval time for each directory. This post http://www.web-directories.ws/General/Free/ has some directory reviews on date submitted and whether or not the free submissions were approved.

    It is my understanding and experiance that Google will not show all of the links used to calculate it's PR. The link number shown is an internal thing...

    They probably havent been reviewed yet, getting accepted takes alot of time on siome directories.
