I'm looking for 1-2 RELIABLE, I want to emphasize on the RELIABLE, developers who's experienced with Ajax/jQuery/CSS/PHP/MySQL (design would be a plus as well).

By RELIABLE, I mean when you say you'll have something done in 2 hours, I expect to see something in 2 hours. When you say, I'll give you an update by the end of the day, I expect an update by the end of the day. When you say, I'll respond to you tomorrow, I want to hear from you tomorrow, not 3 days later. If you like to make excuses, don't bother, because I'll drop you as soon as I get the hint that you are UNreliable. You should also be available via IM (preferably gmail) and quick to respond via email. So please don't waste your time and specially mine!

I'll give you a project description, and will assess number of hours needed to complete the job and give you my budget. You'll either accept it or counter my budget and give me your time of completion. After confirmation, you'll complete the project timely.

I'm a developer myself and have a pretty good idea of how long a certain script should take. Let's face it, NO ONE builds anything from scratch, we usually start with something pre-existing and customize it. But you can expect a rate of approximately $7/hr.

This is what I don't understand about certain people, if what you read doesn't suit you.. move the F on! There are developers here from all around the world and a $7/hr rate will be attractive to some, and those are the developers I'm interested in. If it makes you feel better, I'll offer you $15/hr and will expect the work to be done in half the time.

I agree with mcmuney you don't need to spam his thread saying nobody's going to do quality for 7$ an hour, there's people in the world who don't even make that in a week.
