Reliable CPM Popup Program

Using on my adult site to test for 2 months. Got my first payment December, and waiting for the second now nowadays. My adult visitors are mostly from east europe so i get 1 dollars per cpm for popups, but they claim to pay 3 for usa.

Adding my payment screenshot also, for those who wanna try. I blurred the amount- thought maybe its not right to reveal it. I am paid mid $XX previous months, will try for more if i get paid this month.

Not by default, you need to contact them to get a special code i guess. I didn't try to do that, i stick with the default code.

 

Whats the minimum ? And do they go trough Pop-Up blockers ?

I dont think they have a minimum, not stated in FAQ. I use their standart code and my hits can pass thru like %70. You have the option to use your own java code too-so that depends for you. By Paypall.
