    I am in need of a reliable reseller host with good uptime and must be cheap..

    Must be:
    1. Good Uptime
    2. Good Customer Support
    3. At least 6 months - 1 year year old running


    My budget is only $15 per year. I know this is cheap, but someone already offer it here, I just don't have time to search.. Thanks..
