I need answers for this one from some very experienced DP'iers...I mean those who have seen atleast more than 50 PR update:rolleyes:

    Q1.

    What should I go for?
Relevency or High PR.. Most do say relevency..but will that mean I will end up having low PR for my site and better SERP's..!

    Q2.

What should I do if I wish to have just better PR in order to sell links from my sites?
Will going for better High PR sites without relevency help me ..!

    Q3.

Suppose I wish to create a links page on my site for reciprocal linking. what is better to create a page like domainname.com/linkpage.htm or going for a subdomain like linkpage.domainname.com ?

I am waiting for some answers with some explanation..

    Abhilash.

It depends. If you're looking to sell links from your sites then go for PR. If you're looking for traffic and high search engine positions then go for relevancy. If you want to do both you'll have to work hard ;)

PR only, relevancy isn't an issue when calulation PR that's passed

It shouldn't make much of a difference. Google is pretty good at filtering or devalusing long pages of links. Try to include outgoing links with additional content on the page.

    Q1+Q2

I have made it little easy for you guys to get relevant high pr links. Note steps
    1) Find out what are your niche keywords
    2) Make list of top 15 competitor webpages for every keyword
    3) Use backlinkwatch to find from where they are getting links.
    4) No start your campaign for getting backlinks from same resources.

Most likely this campaign will be successful giving you more than 50% positive results.

    Q3:
Hmm i think those who want you to give them reciprocal link will like subpage only if they have little seo knowledge but for you i think subdomain is better way got choose. :)
