Hey, i am currently in the process of selling of a few of my smaller sites to generate some money to put into offline investments, this site is about 2-3 months old and at which i started had plans to make it big although i just didnt have the time to do so.

The site uses Gamescript.net which i will send you the license for, it also comes with 1500 games to keep visitors coming back.

I have had two games made for the site which are used on the site and can be used to help promote the website as a preloader has been added to both which i had made for the site.

Revenue isnt a lot and im not going to make outrages claims that its making lots of money but it does bring in a few cents each day raging from $.50 to $1.50.

I can provide pictures on request from potential buyers if necessary.

What you will receive:

The domain RelaxArcade.com (A very nice name which i have been offered $400 for on its own)
The website (using gamescript.net license and games worth $300-$400)
The custom logo made for the site (Cost $40)
The 2 games made for the website.
The proloader made for the games (Cost $100 to have made)

In all i have spent close to $1000 on this site not including the value of the name.
Im not saying this is the figure i wish to receive although i feel somewhere around this mark would be suitable as the domain itself is worth mid xxx$

You would be better of starting an auction with a reserve. No one is going to make an offer of what your asking, but could well bid up to it.
