Whats the difference between "relavant links" and links? And what is the difference in terms of seo? I know rookie question but i searched for old links on this and didnt find.
Relevant: Having a bearing on or connection with the matter at hand. Generally, pages on the same or related topics are what people refer to as "relevant". If you read about Hilltop, Topic Sensitive PageRank (TSPR) or Teoma's clustering algorithms, you will get a better understanding.
