I am in outsourcing business for the past two years and get some work to fulfill my needs.Since I was doing my engineering I was unable to give more focus to my business area. But now I am free from all.My exams will finish by next month.And I would like to boost up my business over many wings. We are currently focused with SEO. But I would like to move into the following areas : -> Web Designing -> Web Programming -> Call Center So all the recommendation in the above are invited.Marketing techniques and other business tricks are also helpful.
If you are moving into designing and programming it’s always a good idea to only stick with what you know, you don't want to pay a "programmer" $100 to create a script, and then pass it over to the client for them to get hacked because you didn't notice that there was a really big flaw in the code. Also the same applies, what if one of your designers or coders starts a project but becomes ill how are you going to get the project done in time if you can't finish the work yourself. I did some design and programming outsourcing but found it to be very annoying and not worth the small returns from most of the projects. You also need to find some people to work with you that you can trust and not just some different person for each project, as a single person for all of them works allot better and easier in the end.
