Relatively New to the industry, need advice!

A few weeks/months back, I was informed about eCommerce, Affiliate programs, and the power of the internet. Up until then, I've been internetting around and on this crazy contraption for about 15 years- I'm also an IT Technician, and I've studied Computer Science in college... basically, I've been EVERYWHERE in computers- this is now my final frontier and I've been shocked at how successful people are with it and with all my time on the computer (probably about 5-10 hours a day somehow for the past 15 years of my life), I've never even once thought of actually getting paid for my time.

I bought the book, "Internet Riches" which opened my eyes BIG time at how much I've been missing out on....how some of my favorite sites are making the webmasters thousands of dollars a month... why 2 friends of mine created websites that seem pretty lame and they still have them up today- they get a couple hundred bucks a month after a few years of minimal maintenance now. I realized- i MUST get into this!

So I stupidly jumped into it and bought "crapahol.com"... I was going to make it like a collegehumor.com site...after putting it together, I realized- I really have no idea where to get the content from short of basically stealing it from the other big sites! I have a friend in Iraq and a few others who said they'd write for it if I ever get it up.

In the meantime, I started getting the "domain bug".. I jumped on the "buy an iphone domain asap!" bandwagon a couple weeks/months back and purchased iphoneteks.com...i was completely blind to the domain industry, but thought, "you know what, its only a couple bucks and I'm sick of saying itll never work and never trying something"... I know its a pretty marketable domain name in terms of putting a site to it... i just havent figured it out yet

Since then, I've registered GeekTuner.com and I've been working on that site nonstop for 2 weeks... I've been eating/sleeping/puking affiliate/domaining information for the past 2 weeks. I wake up and read more about the industry... BARELY make it to work on time at 7:30 as its addicting. At work in my IT job, I only have about 1-2 jobs an hour, and the rest of the time I research it. I come home and do more. I have not gone out in weeks.
Basically, my life has been devoted to my experiment with GeekTuner and other marketing. Google Analytics reports about 300 uniques, which started working about 3 days after I submitted my first big article to digg and other sites. My sites built in tracker is at about 600 uniques give or take... basically, it has a good amount of visitors. I JUST got my Newegg affiliation yesterday, so unfortunately- the rush of visitors to my articles which send them to Newegg did not pay me a dime if any of them bought from newegg. In about 2 weeks, I'll be making the next set of computers... this time it will be more colorful and have pictures.

My Adsense ads are very weak however... Out of all the visitors, I only have about 3 clicks. I'm still working on figuring out the best way to place them.

I have a Busted Tees affiliation, too... I want to keep it to just Adsense and Newegg until I get more and more visitors to prevent from scaring people away with ads.

NOW- As GeekTuner is for the most part "done" in terms of what I can do for now until I get the next article up, I want to do something with iPhoneTeks.com. I saw ClickBank has 3 iPhone specific products. One has gravity around 50, with 65%. I see many people have success with ClickBank as long as they can get the initial "time investment" down with making a good site. However, the only ones I tend to see are the very amateurishly designed ones that just scream, "ADVERTISEMENT! ADVERTISEMENT! CLICK MY LINK SO I GET MONEY!"... The types that are loaded with fake stats, fake testimonials, and stock images.

Is there anyone who is willing to give me some ideas to jump start me on making a site completely for selling that iPhone product? I don't know where to start on simply making a page thats completely about marketing a product.

ALSO- if you can, please give me any feedback on my site, GeekTuner and let me know what you'd like to see!! I have a whole list of things I'm adding over time, and I just want to add to that list :)
