Relatively new to Facebook and can't see how to comment

Hi

I have a Facebook business page, and while people post on my wall, I can't see how to post on other peoples. I thought it was just me but a friend of mine emailed me a couple of days ago stating they they couldn't see how to post comments on other peoples walls, they too have a Business page.

Any help would be much appreciated

I guess that option is not available for fan pages. You can't even message them. But when they send you a message, you get an option to reply to them.

I guess by sending friend request from your business page, you can do the same.

 

Hi, don't be alarmed why you cant post on other peoples page since you're using a fan page. If you're using a profile page then you'll have the option to do that. However if one of your facebook contacts sends you a message, you'll have the option to send them back a reply or communicate with them privately.

Your other option to communicate with other people will be to interact with them in your facebook page publicly. Raise questions or tag them to mention them in posts directly by using the @__name.

Yes, a business page is same with a fan page. It's just that you have already set it to a 'business' page category.
