Hello, I'm going to use a different niche than what I want to target for obvious reasons, but here is my situation: I have a series of related sites I want to create, say for the category X. Underneath X are the niches A, B, and C. These are all similiar to eachother and are underneath of X, but are distinct, in the sence that they would not belong on the same site together. My question is, what is better for SEO and for general purposes, something like this: a.x.tld b.x.tld c.x.tld Or just a.tld b.tld c.tld Anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks!
Alright, I found a good thing to compare it too, see the category would be like Safari Animals, and then under that you have Elephants, Lions, Tigers, ect. The site about elephants would have a section for photos, habitiats, species, what they eat, colors, ect. So they wouldn't fit on the same site, but at the same time they are all related (through Safari Animals). So, I could either have elephants.safari-animals.com lions.safari-animals.com, ect or elephants.com, lions.com ...
If you try to buy separate domains for each one then you're going to get funny-looking names like elephants-safari-animals.com or some such. In my opinion it is better to go with elephants.safarianimals.com or similar. And you only have to worry about purchasing one domain, and none of the one(s) you want will have been taken.
