    Onelook reverse dictionary

gives you several hundreds highly relevant realted keywords for one keyword you type in.

    Example: pain
    - hurt
    - sting
    - ache
    - myalgia
    and so on

Or, if you type in "green fruit", you get a list of green fruits...
For "large birds" you get a list of large birds...

Above tool has many good synonims on professional level. Like for one specific medical term, you get many other specific medical terms plus many publicly used health terms. I'm not aware of any other tool that would be so rich.
