rel='nofollow' == rel='nofollow?

    I wondering if rel='nofollow' had the same effect as rel="nofollow". I tried add rel='nofollow' for a link and it appeared as nofollowed in SearchStatus firefox extension. What do you say? Does it have the same effect?

    Oh.. and one more thing, is there an tool to show outbound link only? I mean.. something which highlights outbound links.

    Thanks

    It doesn't matter. I did the test with my own sites. The 3 links rel='nofollow', rel="nofollow" and rel=nofollow, were not found by google, in my sitemap section.
