rel=nofollow on affiliate site to retain PR and help SERPs?

I run a credit card site, as you can imagine there are quiet a few outgoing links to my affiliate for the offers, to be exact, there are 3 links per a card. Previously, I didnt put rel=nofollow on them, but I just did it now. Will putting nofollow on all of the outgoing links to my affiliate help at all with SERPs? How about PR, I guess theres alot less leaks now... I imagine Google will still see alot of outgoing links but is there anything else I can do?

Are javascript redirects parsed by the Googlebot? Is that a good way to link to the applications without taking a big hit?

I think Google recommends nofollow for affiliate links. I started using it on mine last year. It should help pass more PR to your site's other pages.
