    Hello,

I'm searching for dofollow blogs and the most blogs use the attribut rel="external".
    Is this nofollow or dofollow?

    Dofollow :)

rel="external" does nothing except notify the browser to open a new window, like target="_blank". The only difference is that rel="external" is xhtml valid, and target="_blank" is not.

Yeah, unless it actually says "nofollow" somewhere, it isn't nofollow. You can put just about anything in the relation attribute, but search engines are only looking at something that specifically says "nofollow."

rel="external? is fine. rel attribute can have many space separated values.
