Hello, We are Reklam9 (https://reklam9.net/) and we are a CPM and CPC ad network. We work with websites that have at least 1000 unique visitors per day and have a decent content. We provide support via email and telephone, we reply all emails in less than 24 hours. If a website is approved to our ad network, we will be paying $50 the first day website places ad tags. We provide 100% fill. We do not work with all websites, we only work with limited number of websites so we can provide premium support. We also work closely with the websites on ad placements. We guide the websites about where to place the ad tags in order to get maximum CPMs. Our CPM rates are between $0.15 to $2 depending on the ad placements and the content of the website. We work with websites from all languages.
Haven't got the chance to test out these guys but in the PM they're very professional and polite, which seems to be a somewhat rare occasion nowadays
