What should I do if my website got rejected in Google News.
Can I re-submit it again afte some time or I'll never get to google news?

    Please help.

Don't submit a mediocre site, build a fantastic authoritative site and you'll be fine.

Who said I was submitting a mediocre site?
My site is in top 5 for most of the keywords in google and I wanted to include my news section in google news but I screwd up with guidelines.

It has become very difficult to get in Google News. You should have received a email notification with the reasons to decline your application.
Fix them and wait some time before resubmitting.

Sorry, no slight of your site intended. Just fix the issue and resubmit, maybe with a brief explanation.

What was the reason for rejection by the way?

Build the new one and make sure all are newsy articles not "how-to" opinion, tips and tricks, etc. you could use new domain name or you could use subdomain in your already popular domain

It is not easy to get accepted into Google News. I would expect to get rejected the first time. Keep making changes to your site, and do everything the experts tell you to do to get accepted. Eventually you should get accepted, but don't expect to get accepted the first time.

Follow this advice and focus on quality content as well as following their guidelines and reasons for rejection. Sites can make it into google news, it's just a matter of getting things implemented correctly and building authoritative content, just because you are ranked highly doesn't mean your site is constantly updated and is following all guidelines including timing of posts

I wonder if they would accept something like The Onion.

Unfortunately, you're right... I need to double check the guidelines and then implement them.

This is the e-mail I received from them:
    Any thoughts?

Well, by this letter they said nothing - robotized answer. I hate when it comes to talking with Google guys.
In my case they have said: "Your articles are designed primarily to promote your own services, so we cannot include them". That was a clear message, but in your case, you can only guess.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you. I think I kinda know the reason... but again it's only my guess.

Usually when they reject, they send e-mail and tell you why. All you need to do is to meet requirments for new site.

It's getting tougher and tougher as they want to control the quality of the content being submitted.

They will only accepts if it looks "news worthy" for THEM. It can be a news worthy in our eyes, but the deal is here to convince the google for the same.

That's weird as I got e-mail the next day.

I thought I'd have some time to add some newsworthy content but they reviewed it right away... :(

No organization is required, but you need at least few hundreds news with original content and at least 6 months old.
