    The first thing I see is a google ad. You should make a more prominent banner. Ads are OK, but should be secondary.

    I don't like sites logo it is not colorfull :) and the first picture sends to Photobucket page when click :D

    I'm not a huge fan of the layout, I think if you used the photographs without the light effect on them, it would make your site look more vibrant.

    Lot's of wasted real estate in the prime area (top left). I would add content to it.
