reinstate/restoring pagerank of expired/dropped domains

    just want to ask..are there any solution to restore pagerank of domains..I mean domain have pagerank but no index..not valid

    for example:

    broadway-party.com
    comporiumsolutions.com

    this domains have pagerank..but no index./not valid if i reg them and put some relevant content are possible to back pagerank to valid?

    Also i see lot off people sell dropped domains (about 2-3 days old) with pagerank 3...4 etc. and HAVE VALID INDEX when type in google info:domain.com
    here is example
    domain is just few days old..so i believe this domain were without index too?
    there is no update of pagerank..So how this possible?

    Yes,Putting up the content on Pagerank domains which dont have index will be crawed by Google fast and Once indexed to Google,The Pagerank will be become Valid :)

    hmm is this true really? so i need to put up content and pagerank will become valid?
