Reindexing a webpage that undergone revisions.

    I recently fully changed this webpage. How do i get it reindexed by google with its new contents?

    If you have a sitemap, just regenerate in after you have changed the content. Then submit the sitemap to google and i'll be indexed with the new content.

    Digg can get some traffic, but promoting your own websites will get your account cancelled.

    create a google webmatser account and upload a site map. This will encourage Google to crawl it more quickly. Also add the new site to your signature link here at DP forums. They are crawled so often that it will likely get discovered more quickly
