Reinclusion banned site

    one of my site got banned by AdSense 1 month ago for adult content.
    there was just one or two adult post on my "Make Money Online" forum.
    which i have removed instantly, they didn't reply my mails.

    now its almost one and half month.
    how i try to request Adsense to re include my site.
    and whts the procedure ?

    how to check that site is banned for AdSense.

    I have heard this before, and some say they were unbanned and then some say they are still banned.I guess its just how google feel
