Description:
This site is a well designed (custom) site that provides information on how to buy, fix up, and then sell homes for a profit. The site also sells contracts and forms used in the real estate industry.

Some of the content is from another site I owned and some is unqiue content. The ebook sells for $29.95 and most of the forms sell for $9.95. I do have some unique forms thatI hope to add to the site later like forms you use when you hire a sub contractor.

The site has a great looking design and I do own the rights to the pictures and graphics on the site. The site has a lot of built in features like gift cards, discount coupons, customer tracking, sales reports, froolge feeds, whole and retail pricing levels, newsletter features, auto page creation, and a lot more.

I designed the site so it is a custom site. It is newer so no sales or traffic numbers to speak of but I have submitted it to a lot of directories.

Revenue Details:
The only revenues so far is $3.91 from google adsense over the past few days
