In a nutshell, this site was intended to run as two sites in one, under sub domains, with the main URL being the portal to either. I originally intended to have alcohol.rehab4free.com and then drug.rehab4free.com, but really only got around to doing drug.rehab4free.com and this is how it has been run ever since it was created.

The main key phrases targeted are drug rehab, drug detox and drug addiction.
For those who don’t know, the click values through AdSense on a site of this nature are generally very high, I have often had them in the region of $1-2, so with some better links and a boost of traffic you’ll make a lot of money – no question about it. Plus, because of the age of this site, 2 years this august, here you are at a great advantage.

Site also has a PHP contact form, and also a PHP article submission form.

Traffic is very low as should be expected given the site has had little in the way of updates or linkbuilding for a good while. I would suggest the new owners make some fresh content, and perhaps even a couple of good quality backlinks a priority. This will work wonders.

A site of this nature attracts advertisers of high click costs, so an influx of traffic, even on a very small scale can put you in the dollars range right away. I have had plenty of clicks worth $1-2. So imagine what could be achieved if you could do a few simple things to bring in more traffic, you could really make some good money.

I have done no paid advertising.

Traffic these days tends not to come from search engines per-se, because of the lack of new updates and new links, but a few visitors who stumble upon the site through articles which were syndicated when the site was created 2 years ago.

No, I haven't submitted this site to DMOZ, this is something the new owner will have to do, but I hear the acceptance time varies anyway so I'm not sure what difference it would have made even if I would have done so months back. Swings and roundabouts.
