Regular or Reciprocal ??

    Sure regular links rather than reciprocal. I guess reciprocal favors are less important than "one way" favors :)

    One way back link is always better than a reciprocal link, beside you should note that exchanging links with unrelated web sites can affect you site negatively in search engines, if you must exchange links, then you should exchange with related web sites only.

    Reciprocal link in better than regular link if you want keep directory with working links

    Regular Link is better then reciprocal because regular link is one way..and that is always good but reciprocal link is link exchange...so its not good for SEO point of view..because you will never no when your link will be delete
