"Regular links with reciprocal" Submission go through without linkback

    I have a phpld version 3.2. The fresh install.
    When I tested to submit a link, I chose "Regular links with reciprocal", but I do not have a linkback, and the submission is still go through. How can I do in order it automaticly check for the backlink on submission page.

    Any idea please.

    I think that is controlled with the setting 'Require reciprocal link' under the Link Submit Settings.

    But I set that one to "Yes" already.
