RegSvr32 Issue :(

Well, I tried using the program Hijack (long story), and it removed a couple of things. And whenever I'd turn on my comp, I'd get a message saying:

My computer worked fine, but I got paranoid, and told Hijack to return everything back to where it belonged, and un-installed it. And the message disappeared. But a couple of days later I had to do a system restore (I returned the system to the time I did the Hijack thingy by coincidence) And ever since I did the system restore, the message has returned.
I don't have Hijack on my comp, and since I un-installed it I can't use the "Restore" thingy again...

Could somebody please explain to me what this message means? and how to fix it? XD

I've tried redownloading "Regsvr32.dll" files...but whenever I try to load them with regsvr32.EXE it says that the dll file isn't really recognized as a dll file...
    Help :C
