    I'm selling this site I threw online in January as it is just sitting there being neglected.

    It doesn't get much traffic, maybe a couple of uniques a day from Google and has made 1 sale a month for the last 3 months. As you can see it doesn't have many pages, most links are broken and lead to blank or non-existent pages.

    Has 371 backlinks and ranks page 2 for regcure review and regcure pro review, which is one of the products being promoted on the site. Each sale has been for $27 or $25.

    If you enjoy taking over sites and building them up with content - this is for you.

    Afraid not - it's easily worth $50 with the great domain and backlinks alone, and then it has the occasional sales which are ready to be improved.

    Simple - they're just static PHP files making use of includes for the header, footer, sidebar and menu and being rewritten with a .htaccess file.

    Just duplicate the page and change contents and name, or you could always switch to WordPress to make your life easier.
