I am not for sure what you are talking about here, but if you create an account and purchase a registration ad on ShareBux, you will be able to login to your account and view or pause your campaign, and see the signups received/pending. Yes, these will be registrations to your ad or website, not just ptc ads. We do offer ptc ads for only $4 for 1,000 visits but this is a different service. We do not have that many UK members (around 10%) and we can do US only targeted campaigns, but please keep in mind that it will take longer to complete as only about 20-30% of our members are from the US. It is recommended to only use ads that are available to all geographic regions and these typically get between 5-20 registrations per day.
