Registration very slow? Need help please!

    My registration is slow and sluggish.

    I've no idea why, I paid a programmer to install it, could anyone have a look and give me some suggestions please.

    What kind of server is this? Linux, Unix, what?

    Only thing i can see unusual is this underlined part:

    But it may be some sort of server command I do not know of.

    What the hell, get rid of the >> unless that is what the file is called and see what happens. I'll keep looking for other things.
