Buying Registration page with referral url

Project Description:
I need to build a website for user registration, which consists of front end (3 pages, graphical design will be provided) and back end (for me to compile and export data):

Backend, that compile all registration in a table form manner. The tables consists of
1.Date of register
2.Username
3.Gender
4.Year
5.Country
6.Upload video/ photo link
7.Description
8.Tags
9.Referral url
10.Username that referred by the user


For front end (3 pages)
The first page includes
1.User particular (Username, gender, year, country)
2.Email address and password
3.Upload files (Videos and photos), user must upload minimum one video or 3 photos that is less x MB
# It prompts user when username has been taken, invalid form or email address, retype password doesnt match, or total uploaded files have exceeded the pre-set limit

The second page includes
1.Description for user to fill in
2.Tags for user to fill in
3.Suggested tags (some preset tags for user to choose with)
#Suggestion link for description and tag section will be an overlay page
#Confirmation email will be dispatched to new user's mailbox (with their registered username, password and referral url)

The third page includes
1.Facebook fan page like button
2.Referral url (unique url for each user to share with their friends)
3.Custom social network buttons (Facebook, Twitter, and G+)
# New user who sign up (complete registration) via the referral url will be shown in the data table
