Registration Form

    Hi,

    Are you please able to help?

    Have a form which we want on submit to email to our admin, and take the client to paypal to make a nominal test paymemt of £1.

    The form includes a client agreement and checkbox which must be checked before form is submitted.

    Any suggestions?

    Personally I would make a PHP processing page for the form. That code looks like a bit of a mess to me.... sorry.
