Registration did not meet our membership requirements?

    What does this means? I tried to delete my account to make another (for personal reasons) but I can't, so I tried to sign up using another email. However I got the above message.

    I know that duplicate accounts are forbidden, so I would like to request an administrator delete my account so I can register a new one. As I said it's for personal reasons so I would appreciate if you guys don't try to pry the reason :)

    But if my current account is deleted, then there won't be duplicate accounts because only one account belonging to me is present at any time?

    1. We do not delete accounts.

    2. You may not create another account.

    3. One account per person per lifetime.
