    Hello,

One of our clients domain name is registered by this company called www.infowebteckboston.com.

We need to transfer the domain over to bluehost.com as its free there with web hosting.

We contacted the www.infowebteckboston.com company and asked them to:

unlock the domain, and provide the EPP code that is required by the bluehost.com

However, the www.infowebteckboston.com people are NOT giving us the EPP Code and are deliberately not answering any calls or requests made to them for that.

One of their reps actually told my client that they would give them the EPP code ONLY if my client gave them $100!!!

They charge $45/year for a domain name which is ridiculous.

What options can we use/have to make this crappy registrar company comply with us so we can transfer our domain to a new registrar?

Thanks for all the positive help.

Try calling them again & politely ask for a "supervisor" on call.
They could demand something as they dont seem to be domain registrars but more of service providers :(, thats why i prefer registering domains on primary sellers.
