I wanted to know what is the best way should I do it. LLC or Corp. I have about 28 websites most are affiliates from amazon , google , and few other ones... They make money not a lot but when you add it all together it ads up. My question is what should I do. I would like to have all these sites under one business name. What is the best thing for me to do? What advantages do I have depending what I choose. Right now its just me and my brother we are partners in it and from time to time pay people just to do some advertising for me. Thanks for your help.

Apart from suggesting you go and see your accountant you may want to consider your
current tax bracket and work out if its best to move to a corporation or stay where
    you are.

You also need to think forward and wonder if your websites are going to be generating
bucket loads of cash down the track in which case you might be best off with a LLC.

Grab Robert Kiyosaki's book on the matter as a starting point.

My comment here should not be taken as personal financial advice.

    Good Luck.
