Should a Foreign Extension be registered in the corresponding language ?
For example if I wanted to register : Chair.de should it be registered in German ie: Stuhl; Sessel; ?? Accordingly with Spanish extensions Chinese etc etc ??
Any thoughts on this would sure help I'm very confused on this issue
    Thanks :)

    No, definitely Not.
You can register anything you want if the domain is available.

Of course you should register in the corresponding language for the domain extension. If you want traffic anyway.
Kredit.de sold for big bucks recently. (it's credit in German on the Germany domain extension) You can register any name if it's available. If you think the residents of China all speak english then go for it.
