    What is the typical amount you would spend? I'm not trying to spend big money but just want to get basic business rights to create company account and so what.

    I would guess you could do it for as little as $100 - that's the approximate cost of the filing fees depending on where you live.

    Of course, you could also hire a lawyer. That's probably $500 or more, but if you really want to be professional that's probably your best bet.

    You can use legalzoom.com or mycoporatiom.com and setup a company for around $100 or so. You probably want an LLC or S-Corp.

    If you register your company where you live, you will be paying taxes.

    You could also register it in Panama or some other country and
    just bank in another descent country like in Europe and open
    an account under your corp name.

    You don't have to pay taxes in Panama if you don't conduct business there;
    perfect for a web business

    Panama would be a cool place to set up business. Can you still do it with no residency?

    yeh no problems with residency

    The only tax due is a 300$ fixed corporate tax a year
    total of annual costs is around 700$ a year (including the 300)
    for the nominee directors and your registered agent (where the
    official company address is at)

    I could arrange it, you can PM me if you want
    and maybe I can even find a cheaper solution in another country
