Does anyone here know the "easy, cheap and legal" way to register an investment opportunity, in the US? For simplicity let's say it's a fully-legal 'Ponzi chain' selling progressivley larger amounts of ads to sponsors who get their money back, plus a profit (and / or a valuable subsidiary too) I've been able to establish it can be legal (if registered), so the business question is how and where to register (without needing too many lawyers and more cash than I'm trying to raise in the first place)?
