    Hello,
I am a consultant in oil&gas industry. I provide my consultancy (mostly abroad) to my client and get paid into an offshore account abroad. My new client wants me to register a company (a business) to sign up my services. The services for this client will be carried out in Iraq and I will get paid in to my offshore account. I intendt to spend more than 180 days out of the country providing my service.

Could some advice me how to set up a proprietorship business firm with my name (as a business) without attracting unnecessary tax hassles as I am still eligible for income tax exemptions if I carried out my business in my own name.

    All replies are high appreciated.

    Rgds
