Registering a Pending Delete Domain

    Hello,
Few days back I registered a dot Info domain after checking that dot com domain is not available.

Today I received a email from a so called Domain Name Acquisition Specialists who informed me that the same domain with .com extension is under pending delete stage.

I would really like to register that domain at the regular price since I have no budget for paying $100s to third party.

Can you please let me know how do i register the same without paying high fees. How can I check the delete date of the domain so that I can register that at the very same time or can I register the domain in advance.
Since the third party knows that I have another extention with me there would be definitely a try to get that domain.

Also if I need to backorder please let me know which is the best site to do it.

If your going to backorder it, I highly suggest backordering it on Pool or SnapNames. Normally they get priority in all backorders, and you only pay if you get it, so really you'll only pay one of them. But I would backorder from both incase someone else backordered it too ;) Good luck!

if you're on a budget and you think it's a low demand name, you might want to use godaddy backordering, which is a lot cheaper than snapnames, pool, or namejet.
Note this won't always work. if there are other people who want it, you will not get the domain with this method, but if nobody else is interested in it, godaddy will pick it up for you.

60$ fee in pool , snapnames so u can go with them

if that name is just random .coms then u can try to hand reg after the deletion

He is the seller and you as a buyer. And they know that you are interested in the domain name. They are interested in your money. That is kind of the business many people hate

If you really want the domain name you will need to backorder it with a service such as snapnames, pool, or namejet. Forget using godaddy backordering it's useless. If the domain is at godaddy then you may want to check out tdnam auctions.

i already have the .info domain. .com is not my prime necessity but it would be nice if that domain is in my list.(after all it is a .com)
I have back ordered it through godaddy. Lets see if I get it. The only competition that would be there would be the third party person who contacted me.
Hope I get it. If not no worries :)

All of it depends on the keywords in that Domain Name.. If you think it has no value as such.. You night just wanna wait for it to get deleted I.e. 75 days after the expiry of the Domain. If that is not the case, it is always better to backorder it with Pool or Snapnames..Have not heard about Godaddy Backordering services as yet.
